I picked My Immortal. It's a beautiful song, but in Germany it was played all over the day on radio, and it's really not a song that should played on the radio AT ALL. I liked the video, but it just didn't feel right for this song to become a single.

Yeah I picked CMWYS, I think it's a great video, but the song is just .... Amy Should've written it and sold it to Kelly Clarkson :P

My Immortal is a close second, I just get the feeling that NOTHING happens in that video, 3 or 4 shots of amy sitting/laying and Ben walking around sorta bores me. Although I do love the band version of the song

Other than that, Evanescence (IMO) have the most entertaining and well written videos of any band :)

EDIT: I think GU will be the most successful from TOD,

I picked SS... even though I really liked all of them, it was probably my least favorite of all the songs. Mostly b/c I like to sing along to songs and that one is hardest for me to sing to (haha!)... that just shows how hard it was for me to pick a least favorite, though. That I had to use that as my criteria. :)

Yeah, that was my second choice. It's a nice song, but not great single material. Whisper would have been better.

Mm, I think Good Enough was a good choice as well. Maybe from our point of view there are stronger singles, but considering most people think "Evanescence -- eh more of the same I want to die", I think Good Enough could change the way people view the band. My least favourite is probably Sweet Sacrifice.

My answer is My Immortal, the video is beautiful (my second fav), but only the video, without the song. I get really annoyed when I hear this song :bangshead: , I always skip it, and this is the only Ev song I don´t like at all.

This poll sucks! How about none of the above. 3/4 voted Good Enough -- the "first happy song" she had written. This won't make her happy. Honestly, any song would have been good for a single from wither album.... but the ones, all 8 of them, were the best choices! Sweet Sacrifice vs. All That I'm Living For -- doesn't matter which one to me. But I can rate them from which video I love most.

I love Good Enough, which is one of my favourites. It is a beautiful song and Amy is utterly beautiful as ever.

It always makes me laugh though because Amy says it is her 'happy' song ... in which her house burns down, gets rained out and flooded and a scary vine monster grows over everything.

I actually want to be able to get the video for 'Good Enough' in the UK. But it is hard to get Evanescence stuff, 'cos Wind-Up appear to be having issues with their international distribution.

I wish that I could get all the Evanescence videos on UK iTunes+.

GE...bad single choice....It's a beautiful amazing song yes... but not great for a single at all. It doesn't really capture the casual listener you know? Evanescence = rock band = catchy rocking single. Not to get commercial with it...but aren't singles for promo purposes? therefore they should be something that captures and ropes in both fans and casual listeners. A ballad like Lithium was a great single IMO but GE was just too slow and soft for a single, which btw should represent the other content on the album. Lithium showcased the beautiful melodies, piano, classical elements, stunning vocals and hard rock elements that make up the rest of the album. GE doesn't' do that. IMHO. Despite my disliking of My Immortal, I think it made a good (and quite successful!) single...It was slow and not very rock, yes....but I dunno...there's something about it that captured people and was easy listening.

Also, @ XcloudnineX..the poll doesn't say that we hate it..just that it shouldn't have been a single :p

I mean, it's way too soft, and.. humm, I dunno there's something there that didn't feel right.

I picked Everybody's Fool. I think Taking Over Me would have been the best choice for the fourth single of Fallen. That song is just plain brilliant! Its my second favorite from Fallen (After Going Under, after all this is the song that truly got me into Evanescence). As for the people saying the Good Enough was a bad choice I would have to disagree. Good Enough had great potential. It just was never advertised the way it was supposed to. WU gave up, they didn't even release it as a single. Good Enough doesn't just capture us Evanescence fans but also A MORE BROAD AUDIENCE! Everyone can relate to a love song and just the lyrics of Good Enough are catchy enough! I can't believe people say it's not catchy?!! Are you serious?! It's totally catchy. If anything just to satisfy the fans, they should have added a little more rock part to it like My Immortal and it would have been a perfect single. But there was too much stuff going on within the band that prevented it. In my opinion they should have shown Tim and Terry too just to show the world that THEY WERE STILL AND STILL ARE A BAND. Evanescence 4ever! ;)

I am going to have to say BMTL. I know I might get a lot of sh t for this but I really do not like the version played on the radio. Of course it was the first Evanescence song I ever heard and the first video, but I seriously think it is the lesser of all the singles. I give credit to the song for being my first love of Evanescence, but that was also years ago when I was still pretty young and had a way different taste for music. The rapping in BMTL really bothers me. I feel sad for Amy that the song had to be released this way.
I think my favorite single is probably Lithium or Sweet Sacrifice... those songs rock. I am almost suprised that Good Enough is being voted the least liked single. Good Enough is probably Evanescence's best song when it comes to the actual music. The song is written very well and performed very well. I know the whole band is not involved but the song really proves that Amy Lee is "Good Enough"....

Of course, I like all of their songs... Some more than others... But I kind of think either My Immortal or BMTL... BMTL, because it's only good when someone ELSE plays i, or it's played on the radio because then I get a... "Rush" because I know someone else likes them, too.
