There you have, I copied the MIDI file into FL Studio, so the guitars aren't as good as I wanted. But it's good enough, I think.

This is good. My only weird issue with it is that the drum-like beat in the beginning sounds reversed Oo then as the song progresses it sounds fine

A stranger, but really cool instrument used in some tracks, that was never used before (I guess) is a french horn section. I've listened it in the SS brigde, and YS chorus, so I put it in their instrumentals too.

Wow I never noticed that with SWQ. I always heard it in SS though, I really love how it sounded with her voice and the French Horn (which I totally hear now that I've pulled her voice out mostly, it sounds awesome). Glad to hear they really were using different instruments other than strings (which I've heard alot in their songs)

But there's one thing that I was wondering about. If you had the time and opportunity, would you care to make playbacks including full band, but without piano/organ? :D As in removing everything that Amy plays, but leaving the band and the rest of the playback? I like instrumentals because I get to do whatever I want with the song - remixes, etc. and I can even sing along to them/re-record them and redo the backing vocals (which I LOVE to do).
I think everyone on here has done an AMAZING job with the instrumentals already made and I can't wait for the others to be finished!

Yeah. I only have the intro to Forgive Me, too. But the rest of the song doesn't sound so hard. It seems like it's just major chords - nothing fancy.

And concerning Understanding, on the sheet music thread here there was a link to the sheet music of the live version of Understanding - it may not be exactly like the recorded version, but it's still pretty accurate. I don't have the link on hand, but if you go through the thread, you can find it yourself - it's not that far back.

Thanks! I didn't do it by ear. I had the sheet music for the piano part that I copied into it note by note (that was fun, sarcastically speaking :rolleyes:) and as for the cello and strings, I just put in what notes sounded right with the harp. That was actually fun to do :D.

You're welcome and I'll give it a try :) Don't know when I'll have it up because the program I use is still in its trial period and I just got a job working for the Halloween special at the amusement park by my house. So if I don't finish it before the trial ends, I'll have to wait until I get paid to buy it (I really love this program so I would've bought it anyway :D). I know that it's still a couple months away but some days I just get lazy and it hurts my eyes to stare at the screen for so long @)@. It shouldn't take any longer than a week though :)

But anyway that does suck. Next time put a password or some kind of lock on it so it can't be deleted. That's what I do. It still has a few kinks in it like timing and stuff but their barely noticeable, you can sing to it and all of that stuff cause the small areas that need work does not really affect the song, any ways hope you like it tell me how it sounds and what i should do too make it better, this version does have two back vocal lyrics in them that can be sung over, i couldnt figure out away too isolate them away from the song :(, any ways just re-record your own back vocals, but the rest is background singer free including chorus, any ways hope you like it took me an hour too come up with the idea xD
If any one likes it, i can also make another version of the Whisper band instrumental with out the chorus(but with the Choir pieces) :D

I liked the So Close one. My only issue with it was the intro was a bit too fast. When it hit the first verse it slowed down and the bass seemed a bit off. But it was still good for a first try, especially with all the different instruments in the song.

I think its a Delay effect with a telephone or an old radio sound to it (i love making that kind of sound it's so awesome :D)

If you use sometimes VirtualDJ, you'll find this effect.
It's "BeatGrid" :)
If you use some music software, you'll find the effect "phone" ;)

If you don't manage to do it, send me the vocal part, and i do it for you :) (it takes 2 minutes :p)
