hey everybody! i just wanted to say hi and welcome! i feel like we all just bought a new house together. any drape suggestions? i was thinking deep red velvet. ;) anyway, i love you guys and it feels good to be able to connect with you again. the shows are going great- thank you so much to everyone who's come so far and brought letters and dolls and CUPCAKES! they were so delicious. (ok, richie ate most of them but i had one!) were in detroit today and had the day off so i stayed in my room all day and had tea- still getting my tour pipes back. i love you all and hope you like the new site! see ya!

I never introduced myself, but my name is Tara. So hey Amy haha. I mentioned the cupcakes after the Hammerstein show. And though I said I'd make cupcakes for the next NY show, I think I might make brownies instead. The really good kind like Ghirdelli or w/e it's called. Costco man. Triple chocolate brownies = the most delicious thing ever. Basically a chocolate orgasm. It's pretty awesome.

And maybe I'll make some of those funfetti cupcakes. Those are tasty too. They arent any buttercream cupcakes but w/e.

It's quite expensive, but I had a massive throat problem and after drinking this tea it felt much better and I was able to talk again (my brother was not too happy about that though he was the one that brought the tea to me.

This tea is also designed for singers to soothe and lubricate the throat before and after performances...hopefully you'll read this and try the tea...I thought it worked excellently well on me.

It is a pleasure to hear from you again! You are showing that you are still committed to your fans and are an amazing person by setting up this new board for us to share together. I just joined an hour or so ago and I love what I'm seeing on here so far. I'm still a member of EvBoard, but I think I will leave that site because the rules they are putting in place over there are getting ridiculous and I want to be able to support you and the rest of the band. I feel that I can no longer do that on EvBoard because it essentially no longer belongs to you.

Anyway, it is great to hear from you again and it is wonderful that you have given us a board that we can access for free and gives us all the same amount of privileges! Sadly it's taken me a little while to get here, as I missed the message....until poor Tracie reminded me & Aloi too...I'm lucky to have friends that tell me when I've been dopey & missed stuff.
I promise to bring you muffins & cupcakes when I come to see you in London on the 20th November, I can't wait, I'll be the one who looks completely frozen with icicles hanging from my skirt where I've waited all day in the cold...heh...it's so worth it though.
I've seen some great pictures already from one of your concerts put up by the lovely DhammerSeeker I do believe...It's the one where Tracie, Katya & others were... :) I saw one pic & it made me laugh as it looked like there was a toy tiger looking over your shoulder, I believe it was your security guy who had him :)
I was shocked, when I bought your new album....it was just £6.37 & I was like OMG...but i's ok, The Open Door is currently at number 7 in the UK album charts (According to my local Sainsbury) & the price has returned to normal (£9.77)
Anyway I digress...

It's great to see you here Amy, Thank you so much for loving us so much as to put this up for us.

(ok, richie ate most of them but i had one!) were in detroit today and had the day off so i stayed in my room all day and had tea- still getting my tour pipes back. i love you all and hope you like the new site! see ya!

Sometimes is really weird to be a fanatic dude like me for an artist but you have talent Miss Lee, and you were "The only one" that gave me strengh to continue...in this World... so i guess you have something speciall... Your voice... your personnality... and your message to the world... With this latest album.. i really got the "message" Fight and dont sacrifice yourself...Thats the deal.. But sometime is difficult... But i guess its the best thing to do. At least for hearing until our last day Evanescence`s MUsic ahaha :p

It's great to hear from you again! The new site looks great and I'm glad you decided to come up with one that everyone can join. It already feels like home.

Glad the shows are going well for you guys. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to one this time around, but I'll definitely be there next year (and I'll be able to drive by then too!). I'm sure you'll be getting lots more cupcakes (with sprinkles on top!) before the tour is over too!

Before I end this, I just want to say that I LOVE "The Open Door." I've been playing it none stop since October 3rd. I can't even choose a favourite at this point because all the songs are awesome!

I was leaning towards deep purple but I'm willing to compromise. I'm still making myself at home but I should adjust soon. I just have to say that love the new album and Like You is the sweetest/saddest song I've heard in a while. It's beautiful.
