MySpace Anti-Impostor Brigade!

In light of the recent threads regarding MySpace profiles for Amy, I felt this needed to be started.

Amy DOES NOT HAVE A MYSPACE PROFILE. She's said that on EvBoard on several occasions (see: here (http://www.evboard.com/showthread.php?p=740517#post740517)), as well as in interviews. However, people just love making profiles for her anyway and pretending to be her. Some are really convincing; others are hilariously fake.

This thread is for you to post any and every link to an "Amy Lee" profile on MySpace that you find. Then, it is up to us to report this profile as an impostor, which will result in these profiles getting deleted. This way, not only will people here know that these profiles are fake, but it's also a way for us to fight the masses who think that posing as some famous person is a cool thing to do.

Hopefully, the EvThreads MySpace Anti-Impostor Brigade will significantly reduce, if not get rid of, the number of profiles for Amy on MySpace. So go out, find these profiles, post them here and report them all!

How to report a MySpace profile:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Click "Contact MySpace."

Select "Reporting Abuse" in the first dropdown box. Select "Impostor profile" in the second dropdown box.

Click "No, email Customer Service" on the next screen.

Type your message to Customer Service. State that the person you are reporting is posing as Amy, that Amy has said that she does not have a profile, and include the URL of the person's page so that they can access it quickly.

I have a trademark gothic style, marked by my occasional use of gothic make-up (black eyeliner) and unique fashion which consists of often Victorian-styled clothing. I've known to design my own clothes, and sometimes even sew them myself. Starting my own clothing line has not been ruled out, although I have expressed concerns about the viability of such an endeavour, as I have mentioned that I prefer to create unique hand-crafted costumes rather than mass-produced fashions. In concerts, I often wear a corset or fishnet, and has a notable piercing on me left eyebrow he he he which is visible on the cover of Fallen so I was like, "Is that me on the cover?" But, sometimes I remove it before recent concerts!! : ) You all know that I'm christian and i just want to let you know that I am "very" in touch with my spirit.

I reported the Plainsong Myspace. I don't belive for a second its actually Lori and the gang behind that thing. Furthermore, impersonating Amy is creepy, impersonating her sister is creepier.

I'm really confused now because I have never gotten a response like this before. The profiles have always just been deleted, and I would get an email notifying me of that. I sent them a reply saying that I don't have access to any contact information (gee, I wonder why :p) and asking if linking to a post she made on one of the message boards would suffice.

Has anyone else reported the profile? Maybe strength in numbers would work.
