Chevelle (http://www.chevelleinc.com/) and Finger Eleven (http://www.fingereleven.com/) will join Evanescence on this tour.

Evanescence is also planning a third U.S. leg which will bring the band to arenas in major markets in the late spring/early summer.

bc this is an arena tour, im expecting them to be between $40-$60

Alright, so I'm stuck stationed up in WA right now, but I'm a Cali girl at heart. So I am trying to get my sister to hook me and her (and some of her friends) up with tickets because I'll Probably be down in Cali visiting family around that time. So HOPEFULLY, she'll hook me up. Hm...I think I can make this work. I emailed my sister to see if she'd be up for going. She's already up at Fresno State for school, so the only problem she said she had was money. I told her I'd buy her and my ticket, and anyone else who wanted to go could fend for themselves. Haa haa, I didn't even think she'd be up for it, as I didn't think she much cared for Ev. But as it turned out, i was wrong. She is in fact an Avid Fan. I was Thrilled! :cool: Woot! My sister rocks..... Oh, and she's pretty thrilled that Chevelle is gonna be there. I think that may have helped things along.

So all I have to do is schedule about a week of leave for that time. That way my mom will think I really am there to visit. hee hee..I keed i keed. I'm just sayin, while not double the fun, ya know?! So I have a good feeling we'll be there too. Woo Hoo!

if it says GA on there than you're on the floor, and the only reason there is a seat number is to keep track of how many they sell. if it doesn't say GA on there than you aren't on the floor, sorry to burst your bubble.

Well, if my memory serves me correctly, there are about four different entrances on Selland..and they all have signs above them that say what area that entrance is closest to(like "Sections 101-109"), but I can't remember what side you would enter for floor. Personally, I want to get there around 4 or so..because after about 5, theres usually a huge line..not that the line is going to be "small" by any means, but it will be smallER. Anyway, I'm not sure if there will be seats or not..I'm very confused..and I think I'm just going to call the damn place tomorrow to see if they're planning to have seating or not. If not, you could always hang out with my mom, lol..shes going..she really likes them and even though shes not exactly young anymore(shes 47), she still really wanted to go, haha.

well, i was just there on tuesday for taste of chaos and they seemed to be letting in people though like 4 doors, i don't know if they'll do the same for evanescence so your best bet is to just arrive early and ask someone where the general admission door is :)

Ok guys, The Reaper is on board for this one!! So I had to get my GA tix from ebay (Ticketmaster finally sold out, and ebay gave them at the same price).......................so what's gonna happen?? are we gonna have an Evthreader Meetup?? Will you all be wearing your nametags???

Well, although my sister and big brother might think there's something wrong with me for wearing a nametag..I'm so down! I can't Wait to meet you all!!!! Plus, with any luck I'll have some of you to hang out with before or after the concert so we can try to meet the band. I know my siblings won't want to wait. Well...they might. But we'll have to see. Anyway, I went the a Nickelback, Breaking Benjermin, and Three Days Grace Tour Kickoff concert Monday (i was working security and was about 5 feet from stage..ALL NIGHT! WOOT!!!) and it HELLA got me excited for the Ev show!!! Not like I needed any more enthusiasm, but damnit it all, I am SO READY for this!!!! I hope we get to meet the band guys! I'd like to be able to tell them face to face that their music is the ONLY THING that kept me sane while deployed. It would be incredible to be able to thank them in person. :cool:

it's actually three hours. im from west l.a., so im farther south than you are. eh, compared to me driving up to san francisco on four hours of sleep last time for the warfield, this drive will be a breeze.

2 DAYS!!!!! Man, i'm so excited! My work actually sent me home about an hour early today (which is UnHerad of by the way!) because I couldn't sit still and was bouncing off the Walls screaming "2 More Days Till The Show!!!" Haaa haa haaa. It wasn't an issue until my Flight Chief walked in. :eek: Haa haa haa. That was about the point he asked me "Is that a Spike through your tongue Airman Miguel?!" If anyone knows military, they know that piercings in uniform are a Big NO NO! So i answered truethfully, and he laughed and asked me not to "Put him in a position". So I took it out, said o.k., and he told me to have a fun time and take pics at the concert because "He loves Evervesense, evanesent, ev-ev-eva..." (me~>) "Evanescence!" Ha haa haa...he's odd. But yeah, I didn't get in trouble for having my tongue pierced at work, and I Leave for Fresno Tomorrow!!! WOO HOO!!!! This is shaping out to be a funfukintastic kinda day!

So, is anyone else meeting up at Denny's with the EvClub crew? I'm just trying to make my way around so I can meet all of you guys. :p I'm thrilled about that fact! OH! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have time to go into ALL of the detail right now guys...but THAT ****ING ROCKED!!! Like, our audience was freakin Rocvkin Out the WHOLE NIGHT!!! And in the words of Amy this evening "Wow! Fresno...Who'da thunk It!" haa haa haa! It was SO incredible!!! As most of you know, I FLEW from WASHINGTON Just to see this concert, and to take my baby sister (who is 19 and no longer a baby..obviously) to experience two of our favorite bands. Hers, Chevelle (whom i like, but aren't my fav), and for me, Evanescence. But Let Me Tell Ya! THAT concert was worth Every Freakin Penny!!! I can not Wait for them to come back! I mean, since they aren't going to WA. Anyway, back with the details later. I am on a mission to go play some Beer Pong, Get Quasted, and play some Guitar Hero!!! :yes:

The concert did indeed rock some major ass(with the exception of the dudes smoking weed laced with some other drug next to me and the dude who was totally molesting a girl..and the dude who backed into our car on the way out, but thats a more complicated story). Anyway, yeah..the crowd during the openers wasn't that enthused(except during Chevelle people started pushing really bad and some girl was like..smashed and was screaming and crying), but during Ev, they were frocking awesome. Anyway. Tim was totally outside while everyone was in line..twice. We spoke to him once(he had chocolates), and the second time he came out was so that some girl could give him a bracelet. Anyway, it was sad because the second time he came out, everyone was in line because the doors were about to open...and NO ONE realized who he was. It made me sad for him..I was like "Aww..no one knows who he is..". Oh, and Amy was in the crowd in "normal clothes", with no make-up during the first two bands(there were so many look-a-likes that no one really looked twice, it also made me sad).

yeah the guy smoking weed was so gross, i hated it. and ugh chevelle was seriously hell, me and my friend (who was probably the one screaming and crying lol) had to get pulled out and usually we have no problem shoving through to get out. it was so bad and it made me hate chevelle even more than i already did! they're so mediocre and blah, but anyway. omg the concert was amazing, and tonight was seriously the best day of my life. and the best part (aside from the band signing my phone and getting a hug from amy) was seeing ritchie in the radisson hotel elevator! ahh i loved it!

<b>My Blog</b>

It is 5:30, and we are on the freeway that will take us into Fresno. My adrenaline is rushing, and all I can think about is how much fun tonight is going to be. Jonathan on the other hand is clearly excited, but nervous all at the same time. It is 6:00, and after making a wrong exit, we finally see the building which is the Selland Arena. After finding parking, we walk towards where the entrance is, only to find a mile-long line waiting to get in. Me, in my black Evanescence hoodie, Evanescence shirt, and Evthreads nametag, whip out the cell phone, and call Cameran, who has been there since 2:00. When we can’t find her, we somehow find a friend that Jonathan once had on the internet, getting us almost in front of the line. I then call Cameran, and we then identified ourselves, and found each other. There we were, in the line waiting to see Evanescence . Sadly, we found out we needed wristbands for the floor, but Cameran sure as hell saved our spots for us. Coming back in the line, the doors are about to open, and a riot almost breaks out. It seems that they were separating the line into genders, and girls were first to go in. A minute later, the guards change their minds, and the lines must switch. I did not know until then that I couldn’t bring in a camera, so I put it in a strategic place inside my pocket, under the cell. I got in with the camera! After being searched, I got Jonathan and ran towards the merch booth, of course. I ended up getting a hat that was 30.00, and Jonathan bought me a tour shirt. After my merch indulgence, I quickly got Jonathan and ran into the stadium. Everyone was sitting on the floor, and I wanted to see where Cameran was. I called her, and she was in front row. Immediately, we migrated over there. After chit chatting for some 15 minutes, the lights started to go down, and Finger Eleven took the stage. In my most humble opinion, Finger Eleven’s setlist was as entertaining as Sunday mass. The only thing good about the band was the lead singer, and even then, he didn’t make it entertaining. After turning around, I noticed that nobody was even singing, or moving, to any of the songs. Their second to last song, “One Thing” was somewhat praised, and it was the only song I sang along to, I then was glad that they were over, for Chevelle was next. After being squeezed to death by crazy people, A backdrop with Chevelle’s propeller logo, graced the stage, along with the band. I overestimated Chevelle. Sadly, I was not entertained. The lead singer Pete, had such awful stage presence, and I was only wishing for them to end. “The Red” was the only song worth listening to, yet I’d have preferred the album version. After Chevelle, the tension was killing me. All that was left on the stage was a black and white curtain, which surely, covered Evanescence’s set. It reminded me of a circus fo some reason. After 30 minutes, the lights went out, and the crowd cheered. It was then that Amy l;ee graces the stage as the first riffs of “Sweet Sacrifice” are played. Screaming the lyrics from the top of my lungs, I see that Amy Lee has never looked better in a performance. She was high on life, wearing a black corset over a blood red dress, while wearing her signature red heart pendant. I glanced over to the rest of the band, and they were all playing their rightful parts with glee and emotion. Screaming for more was what we were doing after just the first song, and delivery was not delayed as “Weight of the World” started. For the first time in my life, I hit the high soprano note that Amy has after the bridge, and I even hit it on pitch. The only sad thing was, that it screwed up my regular voice for the night (I did falsetto). I have never seen “Going Under” performed as well as it was last night. I screamed along to many of the lyrics, and just rocked out like never before. “Lithium” was performed so well, and it was awesome when snow was falling onto the stage. I had Michael on the phone listening for the majority of the show, and it was just awesome. During “Good Enough”, many lighters were out, as well as cell phones. The show quickly picked up more and more as “Cloud Nine” was played, along with the classics that included “Bring me to Life.” Amy did not cease to get the crowd going as she went in front of where we were, and I screamed her name and blew kisses,, while surprisingly, she threw one back. “Tourniquet” was a highlight of the show, but not like “Call me When You’re Sober”, for everyone then started to sing every word. “Imaginary” brought on its own form, for Amy totally owned the piano bridge. After “All that I’m Living for” was played, it was time for the wonderful “Lacrymosa”. Evanescence then disappeared from sight at about 10:30, leaving the crowd more than begging for more. “ENCORE, ENCORE, ENCORE!!!!” is all we kept screaming for an entire 4 minutes, and applaud and cheers greeted Amy as she said “You guys are freaking Awesome! Fresno, who’d a thunk it?” Amy then took the Baldwin and beautifully entered “My Immortal” with screams from the crowd. When that was done, “Your Star” was the one song that glorified among others. Evanescence put so much energy into ending the concert in a flawless way. When Amy said her goodbyes, Tim walks around the stage and throws picks straight at the audience, me and Jonathan missing them. Then, came Rocky, throwing his drumsticks, we missing them closely this time. It wasn’t until the setlist and water bottles used by the band that Jonathan finally caught something. In my hand, I had a water bottle that was used by the band, and left unopened. The girl in front of us got the setlist, but it was all good. I had not eaten anything since 6:00 in the morning, so holding that water bottle was torture since I was so dehydrated,. We then met up with Brittany and Mckaley’ who happened to be there, but we just didn’t know. We walked out of the venue with her parents, and proceeded to go to Denny’s in Madera. I gulped 5 sodas and Brittany’s Fizzy Navel while eating a Boca burger, only to end up barfing it outside. The only drawbacks of the night was that we couldn’t wait for the band to get autographs, and Jonathan’s little brother accidentally reformatted the camera’s chip, so our entire photo gallery was erased. That means that my senior project was scrapped. All in all, this experience was more than a perfect night, and worth every penny.

no it doesnt matter - as long as they are all there - i just think everyone, myself included, wants to know wat to expect when we go --- i know if i go in there expecting a certain order and the list deviates from the order, my head will spin - and instead of rockin out i will be like - "o0o no they skipped such and such - r they gonna play it tonight?" lol - so yea

I believe they had to switch some up last night anyways, as the keyboard for CMWYS sounded a bit off. After it, Amy turned to the side and made a motion to "move it along" and after the next song, they rose the piano up again and she did the intro for BMTL on that, as opposed to on the keyboard. I remember that she usually does the intro on the keyboard....so idk. I was to mesmerized by her corset and poofy skirt.

Damn...I am SO SORE! Haa haa haa, We were rockin out SO HARD last night! That sucks that Reaper lost his pics. Haa haa, I was suprised that people were in the "Holla Back" mood, with our EV Blaring! Haa haa. It was Wicked! I have to say though, I thought Chevelle was AWESOME live! And Finger Eleven did pretty good too. In my opinion. But dude, teh singer from Chevelle kept coming to our group of people and rockin out, so that was awesome. Oh, and Amy and John HELLA travelled to our section in front of the stage. It was SO Awesome!!!

I was the one who ran up to Tim before the show bc no one else really recognized him, but once they saw that I was asking him to sign something everyone sorta ran over and he was like Damn! and i was like IM SORRY! and he's like im going to get a haircut!!!
um we weren't waiting out there that long. we were there for maybe 45 minutes I would guess? and yeah we met all of them as they all came out to sign and take pictures.

I'm glad to hear that everybody had such a great time. I have never even been to a concert that had GA, so I didn't know what to expect. It was freaking awesome! I couldn't get there early so we were about a section back on the floor. It wasn't bad because we weren't getting pushed, and we moved closer a few times as people were leaving during the show (WTF? Maybe they were getting sick from being so hot and getting pushed). The only bad part is that after standing for 4 hours, my over-40 body was sore and my daughter kept whining about needing something to drink so we didn't stay to see the band leave. I've only been to concerts before at bigger venues where the buses are right by the building and security won't let you get near them. When we drove past the line of people waiting outside I immediately regretted not staying, but I fully intend to see them again and next time I'll know better. I'm really happy for those who got pictures and autographs. Hopefully we'll get the chance to do it all again soon.

I got to the concert at like 3:30 and layed down on the sidewalk and tried to sleep. I had just left work and I was still in my scrubs. I must have really stood out in that sea of goth black! At least Miranda wasn't wearing black! I had a great time listening to you guys talk while we waited for the show to start. Thanks for taking me under your wing, this being my first concert and all.

As for the concert....I haven't had that much fun....ever! I hope I didn't scream too loud for you guys!!! I had this chick next to me trying to steal my spot and everytime I jumped up and down she put her elbow into my ribs and shoved her butt into my space. I didn't realize concerts could get so crazy. I had to drop my elbow down on her shoulder a few times to get her to back off!!!

I got to meet and chat with the whole band afterwards....they are totally down to earth! Tim is hillarious! I had them all sign my CD inserts. I will never forget the fun I had!!!!

We started at the back of the mosh, and by the last two or three songs we were pressed against the fence rockin out. It was cool.

People were really nice to us. We'd talk to everybody. . .and stand and chat in between songs/bands, and then they'd just move aside and let us in front of them. It was awesome.

And I don't know if it was any of you, if it was I thank you because it was awesome, but we met two girls in line who couldn't figure out how to sneak in a camera, so we told them EXACTLY how to get it in. . .yah, that was funny, and weird, and cool. But hey! We're a funny group, so it's ok. But I won't go into detail, moving on!
