Ok I was just checking out news on a Korn fan site and the unplugged version of Freak On a Leash ft. Amy will be hitting radio air waves on Friday. Here is the article I read:

A song from KoRn's exclusive MTV Unplugged show will be appearing on radio stations accross the US this Friday, HardDrive Radio reports.

KoRn's record label Virgin Records/EMI Music will be releasing "Freak on a Leash" this Friday to radio stations around the country.

The song, which features Evanescence lead singer Amy Lee, will reportedly be the first single off the upcoming album release.

It was previously reported by the Martini Republic that the first single off the CD would be KoRn's cover of Radiohead's classic track, "Creep".

Be sure to tune into your local radio station this Friday for a chance to hear the new acoustic track.

The "MTV Unplugged: KoRn" CD will be released in the United Kingdom on Monday, 19 February and the show will appear at an earlier date online and on television.

Click on one of the stations that are there on Friday and listen in for Hard Drive Radio...they should have time listings on all of the sites that they're promoting, just convert the time to yours or better yet, just listen to the stream that would be closest near you if you live in the States!

Actually according to the stations on the site, the earliest you'll be able to listen to it is late Saturday night.

Here's some info to clear up any confusion about when everything is being released:

The first of what will likely be many releases in 2007 for KoRn is the CD of their exclusive MTV Unplugged set in December. The show will appear online on MTV.com on Saturday, 10 February, a week later on television on Saturday, 17 February, and two days later the CD release on Monday, 19 February. A DVD release is also rumoured.

I found this article online, and it says the MTV Unplugged show won't air until February.
But here is a little part of it that talks about Amy Lee.

Following a spine-chilling rendition of "Hollow Life," Korn welcomed Evanescence frontwoman Amy Lee onto the stage for a haunting version of "Freak on a Leash" that had Davis and Lee exchanging verses back and forth. Lee's delicate, golden voice was the perfect complement to Davis' brooding delivery.

At the song's conclusion, Lee sprung from her chair and informed the audience that her dress has become stuck on a nail protruding from a leg on Davis' chair. "Don't cry to me," blurted a member of the audience (a line from Evanescence's latest single, "Call Me When You're Sober"), which had the whole room laughing.

HardDrive Radio has told KoRn Space that the first single off KoRn's MTV Unplugged CD, which was suppose to be released to radio stations today, has been delayed due to unspecified reasons. It is unsure when exactly the single will be released but it should be soon but will not be coming out today as previously planned.

KoRn Space will keep you posted on when the single will actually be released.

Korn pushes back "unplugged" release. Singer celebrates birthday

Korn's release of its "MTV Unplugged" CD has been pushed back from February 20th to March 6th, according to Blabbermouth.net. The performance will still premiere online on February 10th and on MTV itself on the 17th. Taped at MTV's Times Square studios in December, the session features guest appearances by Evanescence singer Amy Lee and members of the Cure, as well as Korn's rendition of the Radiohead classic "Creep." A video and single for "Freak On A Leash," which features Lee, is heading to radio and video outlets now.

In other news, Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis celebrates his 36th birthday today (Thursday, January 18th). Davis told us that being stricken with a life-threatening blood infection last year has led him to take a long, hard look at himself: "There's a lot going on with me, health-wise and spiritual-wise, and re-examining my priorities in life, you know, what's really important to me. And, you know, there's a lot of issues that I have to deal with."

Korn recently confirmed that it has recruited veteran rock drummer Terry Bozzio to play on the band's eighth studio album and next tour. The 56-year-old Bozzio is sitting in for Korn drummer David Silveria, who announced in December that he was taking a "temporary hiatus" from the group.

Bozzio, long considered one of the greatest drummers in rock, is best known for his work with Missing Persons and Frank Zappa. He was inducted into the Hollywood RockWalk on Wednesday, January 17th.

Korn expects to release its new album later this year.

But oh MAN that was COOL. I really didn't like the original when I heard it (I'm reeeeeally not a Korn fan at all), but I LOVE this! Oh wow. The harmony that the two of them kept was so great, and both were spot on the entire time. I loved the vocals Amy did during the scat part. And the drums were just freaking cool.
