Harmonix and MTV Games today announced that Canadian metal legend Anvil will make its Rock Band debut next week with a three pack of songs. At the same time, tracks from Dinosaur Jr., The Guess Who and Tenacious D will be available for download. And for once, Wii users will get the tracks at the same time! Gasp! PSP users have not been forgotten, with additional tracks from Evanescence and Spinal Tap being made available for download for Rock Band Unplugged.

Yeah that would have been better. Oh well, maybe later down the road when Ev releases more music.

I've read on a gaming forum that the only Evanescence track for the Rock Band Unplugged will be "Bring Me to Life."

Somewhere I read that there's a PSP version called Guiatar Hero Unplugged with Ev...wonder how that goes?

I think it was for the Nintendo DS, and Sweet Sacrifice was on it.

Speaking of which Guitar Hero needs to show more love for Ev songs. My wii version is getting lonely.

Anvil is a big heavy metal band that went into obscurity pretty quickly. They recently made a movie. Can I also say they used teh poor grammers. It should say "Canadian metal legends.
